Salon Policies – B B Nails & Spa

At B B Nails & Spa, we strive to provide a relaxing, professional, and enjoyable experience for all our clients. To ensure clear communication and mutual understanding, please review our policies below.


1. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service for any reasonable cause.


2. Health Conditions

If you have diabetes, allergies, are pregnant, or have any medical conditions that may affect your service, please inform your technician beforehand.
You may also contact management by phone or email if you prefer privacy.


3. Lost or Forgotten Items

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen personal items left in the salon.
If an item is found, it will be placed in our Lost & Found area for 24 hours.


4. Gift Certificates

We are not responsible for lost or misplaced gift certificates.


5. No Refunds on Services

Our staff will do their best to help you select the right service, nail shape, style, or color before we begin.
Once the service has started, all choices are final.

If you need clarification about any service, please ask before we begin—we are happy to explain.
If you change your mind after the service has started, additional fees may apply.


6. Service Satisfaction

If you are not satisfied with your service, please notify us immediately so we can address the issue.
Please do not wait until the service is completed to express concerns.


7. Pricing

Please confirm service prices with your technician before starting.


8. No-Show Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please call or text us at least 2 hours before your appointment.
Repeated no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings.


9. Appointment Timing

To ensure quality service, please arrive on time.
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled depending on availability.


10. Children in the Salon

We love children, but for safety reasons, please keep them by your side at all times.
Do not allow them to run around the salon.
We are not responsible for injuries caused to unattended children.


11. Nail Care After Your Service

Nails are jewels, not tools. Proper care will help them last longer.

Guarantees:

  • Gel polish is guaranteed for 7 days

  • Dip powder and enhancement services are guaranteed for 7 days

If you experience chipping or lifting (not due to a broken natural nail) within the guarantee period, please contact us to schedule a free repair using the original color.
